基于新公共管理理论的内地新疆中职班计算机教学研究

Research on the Computer Teaching of Mainland Xinjiang Secondary Class Based on the Theory of new Public Management

内地新疆中职班开设时间较短,教育和管理模式尚未成熟。信息社会的快速发展对学生能力提出更高的要求。从新公共管理理论中的竞争与服务角度出发,通过了解学生的特点、结合自身的工作经验出发,阐述如何有效实施内职班的计算机教学研究。

The mainland of Xinjiang secondary vocational students and the time is short, the education and management model is not yet mature. The rapid development of network information put forward higher requirement of students' ability. From the point of view of the new public management theory in the perspective of competition and service, through the understanding of students' characteristics, combined with my own work experience of computer teaching research, expounds how to effectively implement the inner class.
