152例老年社区获得性肺炎临床特征分析

Clinical analysis of 152 cases of aged patients with community acquired pneumonia

目的:探讨老年社区获得性肺炎的临床特征。方法:总结分析152例老年社区获得性肺炎的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗转归。结果:老年社区获得性肺炎的临床表现及实验室检查不典型,易并发多种并发症;加之老年人常有基础疾患,故本病误诊、漏诊率较高,治疗时间长。结论:依据老年社区获得性肺炎的临床特征,对老年患者应做到早诊断、早治疗,防止并发症的发生。及时确诊、合理使用抗生素及综合治疗是提高治愈率的关键。

Objective:To explore the clinical characters t of aged patients with community acquired pneumonia Methods: The clinical characters, laboratory examination results and therapy effect of community acquired pneumonia in 152 aged patients were analyzed Results: the clinical characters and examination of community acquired pneumonia were not very distinguished generally. Many associating illnesses were easily induced by this disease. Additionally ,the aged patients who suffered from community acquired pneumonia usually had some other base illness, this illness was easy to be neglected or be diagnosed mistakenly, and usually needed a long curing time Conclusion :A betimes diagnosis and cure should be done to the aged patients according to the clinical characters of the community acquired pneumonia and any possible associating illness should be prevented carefully. .The keys of a good recovery rate are as follows :diagnosing betimely and correctly using antibiotics rationally and curing synthetically.
