76例癫痫持续状态的临床分析

目的:分析癫痫持续状态(SE)患者的常见病因、临床治疗方法与预后,以期提高对本病的防范及治疗。方法:对76例癫痫持续状态患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其癫痫持续状态病因、治疗方法及预后。结果:经过及时合理的治疗后,70例癫痫持续状态患者经积极处理可较快控制,6例死亡。结论:选择有效药物与综合治疗是抢救癫痫持续状态成功的关键。

Obojective: To investigate the common cause , treatment response and prognosis in patients with status epileptic (SE),in order to improve the level of prevention and treatment of the disease.Method:To retrospective analyze clinical data of 76 examples with status epileptic, and summarize cause,treatment response and prognosis in status epileptic.Result: process rational treatment in time, 70 cases with status epileptic were controled and 4 cases with epilepsy were died.Conclusion: Choosing effective medicine and treating is that successful key of status epileptic , the falling sickness sustained state time prognosis are connected with cause of disease rescue falling sickness.
