脑出血患者的护理及康复治疗

目的:探讨减少脑出血患者并发症的护理及康复治疗措施。方法:对我院2007年急诊科和神经内科住院病人中60例脑出血患者进行回顾性研究。结果:男性38例,女性22例,年龄范围54～83岁。有高血病史者35例,动脉硬化病史者14例,高血压合并动脉硬化者11例。通过对这些患者进行正确的护理及康复治疗后,50例无并发症,6例发生肩手综合征,4例患者生活自理能力较差。结论:针对脑出血偏瘫患者不同时期积极采取不同的护理与康复治疗措施,能减少致残,提高患者生活质量。

Object To investigate the attendence and rehabilitative treatments that can decrease complains caused by cerebral hemorrhage. Methods We collected 60 cases, which death of cerebral hemorrhage ,from department of emergency and neurology of Suining people's hospital in the year of 2007, and then make a retrospective study. Results In the sixty patients thirty-eight males and twenty-two females. The range of age from 54yrs to 83yrs. In those sixty cases, thirty-five patients have the history of high blood pressure. Fourty patients have the history of arteriosclerosis. Eleven patients have both of the histories. By right attendence and rehalibitative treatment,fifty patients hadn't any complains,six patients had shoulder-hand syndrome,four patients had some difference in self-care ability. Conclusion The right attendence and rehalibitative treatment could degerade the rate of mutilation that caused by cerebral hemorrhage, and raise those the qutity of life.
