摘要
目的:研究维生素E(VitE)干预维持性血透患者(MHD)氧化应激的疗效。方法:选择2005年1月至2006年3月在重庆医科大学第二附属医院血液净化中心透析时间超过3个月的MHD患者53例,口服VitE400mg/d,服用6周,观察用药前后血浆中维生素E及血浆丙二醛(MDA)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等氧化指标以及血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平。选择20名健康者作对照组。结果:给予VitE治疗后,MHD患者,MDA、AOPP、ox-LDL均较治疗前降低(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),VitE、SOD及GSH-PX活性较治疗前增高(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),CRP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.01)。结论:口服大剂量维生素E(400mg/d)可以改善血透患者的氧化应激状态,短期应用大剂量维生素E未见明显副作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect and safty of vitamin E supplementation on oxidative stress in patient with MHD(maintenance hemodialysis) . Methods: 53 patients with MHD and 20 healthy volunteers were involved in this study .The patients were administered 400mg/d of vitamin E for 6weeks. The levels of vitamin E(VitE),malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation protein(AOPP),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and High sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) in plasma were measured at the beginning and the end of administering VitE. Results: 400mg/d of VitE supplementation decreased the levels of plasma AOPP,MDA,ox-LDL and CRP in all MHD patients (p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.01) and VitE、SOD and GSH-PX were increased(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.01). Conclusions: There are oxidative stress in patients with MHD. Oxidative stress in MHD patients was ameliorate by oral VitE 400mg/d for 6 weeks.
