Clinical Analysis on Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的:探讨足月前胎膜早破(PPROM)的临床处理及母婴结局。方法:对我院近年来75例足月前胎膜早破的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:期待治疗组的围产儿死亡率明显低于未期待治疗组,两组母婴感染率无差异。结论:预防感染,促胎肺成熟对足月前胎膜早破能有效降低母婴感染率,降低围产儿死亡率。

Objective: To discuss the clinical treatment and maternal-infant outcome of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). Method: The clinical information of 75 cases with PPROM in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The perinatal mortality in expecting-treatment group was obviously lower than that in unexpecting-treatment group. There had no difference in infection rate of two groups' mother and infant. Conclusion: The prevention of infection and the acceleration of fetal lung mature can effectively decrease the infection rate of mother and infant and reduce perinatal mortality.
