口服氟康唑治疗甲真菌病

The Treatment of Onychomycosis by Oral Fluconazole

目的:用氟康唑治疗32例甲真菌病患者。方法:口服氟康唑300mg,每周1次,指甲真菌病8周,趾甲真菌病12周,分别于用药后8周,12周,4个月进行疗效评价,结果:患者痊愈20例(62.5%),显效7例(22.9%),总有效率为84.4%。表明口服氟康唑治疗甲真菌病,疗程短,疗效确切。

Objective: To use fluconazole to treat 32 cases of onychomycosis. Method: The patients were orally taken 300mg of fluconazole once a week. The periods were 8 weeks in nail mycosis nd 12 weeks in toenail mycosis. The curative effect was evaluated in 8w,12w and 4m after administration. Result: 20 cases (62.5%) were fully recovered,7 cases (22.9%) had obvious effect,and the total effective rate was 84.4%. Conclusion: Fluconazole has an exact effect in the treatment of onychomycosis with a short course.
