摘要 目的:观察不同抗凝剂对AFU检测结果的基质效应。方法:将80例病人全血样本分别加入无添加剂管,促凝剂管,肝素、枸橼酸钠、EDTA-K3抗凝管中,同时上机检测AFU。结果:枸橼酸钠和肝素抗凝管所测定的结果与无添加剂管的结果有显著差异(P<0.01),肝素能对标本产生正基质效应,而枸橼酸钠能对标本产生负基质效应。EDTA-K3抗凝管、促凝剂管与无添加剂管血清标本结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:肝素、枸橼酸类抗凝剂对AFU检测的基质效应会对临床检测结果产生一定的误差,建议在样本检测时尽量采用血清标本。 Objective: To obseve the matrix effect of different anticoagulants in detection results of AFU. Method: The whole blood samples of 80 cases were added into additive-free tube,coagulant tube,and heparin,sodium citrate and EDTA-K3 anticoagulative tube,and the AFU was detected. Result: The results of sodium citrate and heparin anticoagulative tube had significant difference with additive-free tube (P<0.01). Heparin can generate positive matrix effect toward samples,while sodium citrate can generate negative matrix effect toward it. There had no significant difference in the serum sample results among EDTA-K3 anticoagulative tube,coagulant tube and additive-free tube (P>0.05). Conclusion: Heparin and sodium citrate anticoagulants can generate certain errors toward detection results. It is suggested to use serum samples during inspection.
