摘要
目的:探讨影响BT-2100全自动血球仪测定血小板(PLT)的原因,排除假性增高和假性降低情况,为临床提供更为准确可靠的诊断依据。方法:使用血液细胞分析仪(BT-2100)及目视显微镜法同时对60余例血小板数与直方图不符标本进行计数,对比分析。结果:小红细胞使仪器法PLT计数结果偏高,而小体积PLT和大体积PLT使血小板计数结果偏低。结论:血液细胞分析仪计数血小板(PLT)较易受多种因素影响,对PLT计数与直方图不符标本,应分析原因,用显微镜计数或重新采血确认。
Objective: To discuss the factors affecting the BT-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer in the measurement of platelet (excluding false increase and false decrease) and provide accurate and reliable dignostic basis for clinic. Method: BT-2100 blood-cell-analyzer and visual microscopic method were used at the same time for 60 cases of platelet counting which is not in accord with histogram. The results were compared and analyzed. Result: Microcytic cell made the results of platelet counting on the high side,while PLT with large volume and small volume made the results relatively low. Conclusion: Blood-cell-analyzer in platelet counting is affected by many factors. For PLT counting which is not in accord with histogram,we should analyze the cause and use microscopic method or collect blood again.
