摘要
方法:对60例高热患儿分别采用中药洗浴降温和酒精擦浴降温,并对此进行精心护理。结果:用中药洗浴方法降温的30例患儿中,显著好转者10例,有效18例。讨论:本组观察表明,运用中药洗浴治疗小儿高热,具有退热降温,促进邪去病愈的有效临床效果,此法简便经济、安全可靠,无创伤,无痛苦,容易被患儿及家长所接受,是一种值得推广的疗法。
Method: 60 children with high fever were decrease temperature by Chinese material bathe and alcohol sponge bath respectively,and careful nursing was given. Result: In 30 cases with Chinese material bathe,10 cases were significantly improved,and 18 cases had effect. Conclusion: The treatment of high fever in children with Chinese material bathe,which can effectively decrease temperature and help them recover,is easy,safe,reliable,painless and non-invasion. It is easy to be accepted by children and parents and worth of application.
