235例尖锐湿疣治疗分析

Analysis to the treatment of 235 cases with condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨CO2激光、内服中药和阿维A联合治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将235例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为3组,Ⅰ组80例,采用CO2激光、内服中药和阿维A治疗;Ⅱ组76例,采用CO2激光、内服中药治疗;Ⅲ组79例,采用CO2激光、内服阿维A。结果:Ⅰ组治愈75例(93.75%),复发率6.25%;Ⅱ组治愈53例(69.73%),复发率30.27%;Ⅲ组治愈62例(78.48%),复发率21.52%。Ⅰ组的治愈率最高、复发率最低,与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较差异有显著性意义(P均<0.01)。结论:采用CO2激光、内服中药和阿维A联合治疗尖锐湿疣,可以有效预防尖锐湿疣的复发,明显减少术后复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Carbon dioxide laser treatment,internal chinese medicine and Avermectin A in the treatment of condyloma acuminata.Methods:235 cases condyloma patients were randomly divided into three groups.The Carbon dioxide laser treatment,internal chinese medicine and avermectin A were using for the treatment of the first group,accounting for 80 cases.The Carbon dioxide laser treatment and oral chinese medicine were using for the treatment of the second group,accounting for 76 cases.The Carbon dioxide laser treatment and oral Avermectin A were using for the treatment of the third group,accounting for 79 cases.Results 75 cases(93.75%) were cured in the first group and the recurrence rate was 6.25 percent,53 cases(69.73%)were cured in the second group and the recurrence rate was 30.2 percent and 62 cases(78.48%) were cured in the third group and the recurrence rate was 21.52 percent.The cure rate was highest and the rate of relapse was lowest in the first group.The difference was significant comparing with the second and third group(P<0.01).Conclusions The use of Carbon dioxide laser treatment,internal medicine and Avermectin A in the treatment of condyloma acuminata can be effective in preventing the recurrence and reducing to the recurrence rate obviously.
