中药内服配合外熏蒸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study on oral Chinese medicinal herb combined with external fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药健骨舒膝汤联合膝痛洗剂治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:自2006年4月至2007年4月在我院骨科门诊将膝关节骨关节炎患者60例随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组运用中药健骨舒膝汤内服和膝痛洗剂外熏蒸治疗,对照组采用氨糖美辛治疗,2周为一疗程,通过临床疗效评定进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗组无不良反应发生。结论:健骨舒膝汤联合膝痛洗剂治疗膝关节骨关节炎有良好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicinal herb(JianGuShuQi Tang and QiTong XiJi) to deal with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:60 cases of KOA were treated and observed in out-patient clinic of orthopaedics of the hospital from April 2006 to April 2007.They were randomly divided into two groups:observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The observation group was taken by JianGuShuQi Tang and QiTong XiJi and the control group was treated with Glucosamine indometacin by the assessment of syndrome,two weeks a course.Results:The results showed a total effective rate of 93.33% in observation group in comparison with that of 70.00% in control group on the syndrome,to compare the results between the two groups,there existed significant difference(p <0.05).Conclusion:The JianGuShuQi Tang combined with QiTong XiJi in the treatment of KOA are highly effective,safe and convenient
