Comparison of Curative Effect on Three Methods in the Treatment of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

目的:探讨治疗激素依赖性皮炎(HDD)的有效方法。方法:在HDD常规治疗的基础上加用清热解毒、凉血利湿的中草药口服兼湿敷或复方青黛胶囊口服,并与常规治疗进行比较。结论:在治疗HDD中加用清热解毒、凉血利湿的中草药口服兼湿敷或加用复方青黛胶囊口服可以提高疗效、缩短病程。

Objective:To probe into an effective method for the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis(HDD).Method:Patients were orally taken and wet compressed herbs for cool blood and remove dampness and heat-clearing and detoxifying or orally taken compound capsule of natural indigo on the basis of conventional treatment.The effect was compared with conventional group.Conclusion:The application of cool blood and remove dampness herbs and heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs or compound capsule of natural indigo on the basis of conventional treatment can improve curative effect and shorten the disease course.
