机械通气下纤支镜吸痰的护理观察与体会

Nursing Observation and Experience of Bonchoscopic Suction under Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨急诊监护病房严重肺部感染的危重症患者机械通气下床旁纤维支气管镜吸痰术的治疗效果及护理观察体会。方法:回顾性分析急诊监护病房67例机械通气下合并严重肺部感染伴有Ⅰ型呼衰或Ⅱ型呼衰的各种危重症患者,所有患者均在静脉应用抗菌、祛痰药物的基础上,在持续的心电、呼吸、血压、SpO2的监测下进行床旁纤支镜吸痰术。结果:比较治疗前后患者体温、心率、呼吸、SpO2、血气分析变化、痰液量及性质,肺部听诊及胸部x线变化,以评价疗效。

Objective:To probe into the effect and nursing experience of bonchoscopic suction under mechanical ventilation in critically illness patients.Method:Retrospectively analyzed 67 critically illness patients who complicated with severe pulmonary infec- tion and typeⅠor typeⅡrespiratory failure.On the basis of intravenous administration of antibacterial and expelling phlegm drugs,all the patients were performed bonchoscopic suction under the monitoring of cardiac electric,respiratory,blood pressure and SpO_2.Result:Patients' body temperature,heart rate,respiratory,SpO_2,blood gas change,amount of sputum,auscultation of lung and the change of chest x—ray before and after treatment were compared so as to evaluate the effect.
