可活动袖裤病人服的设计与临床应用

Designing and Clinical Application of Patient’s Clothes with Universal Sleeves and Trousers

目的:为外科病人设计一种穿脱自如,便于治疗、护理的病人服,以减轻病人痛苦,方便医生护士操作。方法:设计可活动袖裤病人服:上衣从两侧前后衣片连接处至袖口做一可系合的纵向开口,裤子从两外侧的裤腰至裤口做一可系合的纵向开口,上表和裤子的纵向开口均用塑料按扣为连接装置系合。结果:136例四肢骨折病人和颅脑外伤及其他疾病所致危重病人自如穿脱,无痛苦,病人乐意接受,护理操作省力,使用效果好。结论:可活动袖裤病人服用途广泛,适用于外科病人以及其它行动不便的卧床病人,尤其是四肢骨折的病人.

Objective:To design a kind of clothes which is convenient for treatment and nursing for surgical patients so as to alleviate sufferings and facilitate the operation.Method:Patient's clothes with universal sleeves and trousers was designed:for the coat,a longitudinal opening was made from the connection of front bodice and back bodice to the cuff;for the trousers,a longitudinal opening was made from the waist of trousers to the chain,both the opening was connected by gripper fastener.Result:136 critical patients caused by extremity fracture,craniocerebral trauma and other diseases were easy to dress and undress with no pain.Satisfactory results were obtained.Conclusion:Patient's clothes with universal sleeves and trousers is widely used in surgical patients and sickbed patients,especially for those with extremity fracture.
