Clinical effects of TCM on the Prevention And Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis in the city community

目的:观察中药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:根据患者的诊断分为A组(骨量减少组)和B组(骨质疏松组)。再根据服药与否将A组和B组分为对照小组(A1、B1)和治疗小组(A2、B2)。其中A2、B2小组均为服用中药补肾壮骨方。然后将治疗小组和相应的对照小组之间进行疗效比较。结果:治疗小组(A2、B2)疗效均优于相应的对照组。结论:补肾壮骨方中药治疗原发性骨质疏松症具有较好的疗效。

Objective: To object the clinical effects of TCM on the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Method:According to the diagno-sis,98 patients with Primary Osteoporosis were divided into A group(bone mass loss) or B group(Osteoporosis).Next,whether taking medicine or not,A or B groups were divided A1 and B1 or A2 and B2.A2,B2 are taking Bushenzhuanggufang.And then the effects were compared with between the treatment group and the control group.Result:The treatment group(A2,B2) effects are better than the corresponding control group.Conclusion:Bushenzhuanggufang have a good effect in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.
