护理程序在急性上消化道出血患者中的应用

目的:探讨护理程序在急性上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接诊时对患者的病情进行评估,运用护理程序实施整体护理;对照组采用传统护理模式,观察护理效果。结果:将护理程序应用于急性上消化道出血的患者,提高了急救护理质量。结论:运用护理程序可以提高急性上消化道出血患者的护理质量,减少并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复,是一种切实有效的措施,值得临床推广。

Objective: To discuss the nursing effect of care program for acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients.Method: Divided 60 cases patients into the observation group and the control group stochastically,Evaluating the patient's pathogenetic condition in the observation group on admission,apply care program implementation to put whole nursing into practice,and observe nursing efficacy;The control group was dealed with traditional nursing model.Rresult: Care program can elevate quality of emergency care for acute up-per gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients.Conclusion: Care program May improve the nursing quality of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patient's,and reduce complications,promoting recovery,which is a effective measure,worthed to be clinical spread.
