腹部创伤32例诊治分析

我院自1996年6月至2007年6月共收治腹部创伤病人32例,其中闭合伤26例,开放性损伤6例。我院均行剖腹手术,其中腹腔穿刺阳性或体征明显者当即行剖腹手术;因胃肠损伤污染时间延长造成的危害远大于阴性探查,肝后静脉损伤仍为腹部外伤治疗的难题,填塞止血法为一可取的选择。
