摘要
本文研究了云芝菌丝体胞内外多糖提取物PSK和YZLY对小鼠Raw264.7巨噬细胞的体外调节作用。结果发现,5-100μg/mL的PSK和YZLY均可上调Raw264.7细胞的iNOS表达,促进NO和TNF-α产生。而对于脂多糖(LPS)刺激的Raw264.7细胞,PSK和YZLY均可不同程度地下调iNOS、NO和TNF-α的生成。这些结果表明PSK和YZLY对小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫调节具有双向性。
This research studied the in vitro immunomodulatory activity of Trametes versicolor intra- and exo- mycelial extracts PSK and YZLY on RAW264.7 cells. The results showed that 5-100μg/mL of PSK and YZLY along could increase iNOS expression in RAW264.7 cells,and promoted NO and TNF-α production,respectively. While cells were stimulated with LPS (1 g/ml),PSK and YZLY could reversely suppress iNOS expression and NO and TNF-α production. These results demonstrate that PSK and YZLY can regulate mouse macrophage immune reactions in a bi-directional way.
