白癜风是一种有碍美观的疾病,尽管还未能完全治愈,但是一些治疗方法,还是在大多数患者身上取得了满意的效果。308nm准分子激光和NB-UVB可以有效地治疗白癜风,目前,应用308nm准分子激光和NB-UVB已经是治疗白癜风的新选择,与其他方法联合应用不但可提高疗效,而且减少副作用的发生。本文就308nm准分子激光和NB-UVB治疗白癜风的作用机制、应用方法、临床疗效和副作用等进行综述。

Vitiligo is a cosmetically disfiguring condion, and, although there is no therapeutic full solution yet, some treatment may induce good results in most patients. The disease can be successfully treated with 308nm Excimer Laser and narrowband ultravi- olet B.Recently, 308nm-Excimer Laser and narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy represents the current treatment of choice, to mini- mize side effects and reach optimal clinical results. This paper summarizes the mechanism of action, using methods,clinic results and side effects of 308nm-Excimer Laser and narrowband ultraviolet B in vitiligo.
