高血压与化工职业有害因素的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨在化工企业中,噪声、氨、粉尘、氮氧化合物、苯、硫化氢、甲醇、二氧化硫、射线等化学性有害物质是不是造成直接接触的职工患上高血压病的危险因素。方法:对化工企业的2049名工人中发生高血压的96人进行其接触化学有害物质情况进行logistic回归分析,并使用图表的方式得出OR值和回归系数。结果:接触氨、粉尘、氮氧货物、苯、硫化氢、甲醇、二氧化硫、射线等化学性有害物质不是高血压发病的危险因素,噪声是高血压发病的危险因素。结论:目前尚不能认为化工厂工人发生高血压与氨、粉尘、氮氧货物、苯、硫化氢、甲醇、二氧化硫、射线等有关,但与接触噪声有关。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the enterprises in the chemical, noise, ammonia, dust, nitrogen oxide cargo, benzene, hydrogen sulfide, methanol, sulfur dioxide, rays and other harmful chemical substances is not caused by direct contact with workers suffering from hypertension risk factors. In the text a specific method used is a 2049 chemical workers hypertension occurred in 96 knot to its exposure to chemical hazardous substances to conduct logistic regression analysis, and use methods to draw the chart OR values and regression coefficients.
