摘要
目的:研究药用植物南欧大戟中的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱手段和重结晶等方法,分离纯化化合物;根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从南欧大戟全草的95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到4个单体化合物,包括3个二萜和1个甾醇。分别鉴定为:2,5,9,14-tetraacetoxy-3-benzoyloxy-8,15-dihydroxy-7-isobutyroyloxyjatropha-6(17),11E-di-ene(1),3,5,7,15-pentaacetoxy-9-nicotinoyloxy-14-oxojatropha-6(17),11E-diene(2),2,5,7,8,14-hexaacetoxy-3-benzoyloxy-9-nicotinoyloxy-15-hydroxy-jatropha-6(17),11E-diene(3)和β-谷甾醇(4)。结论:上述4个化合物均为首次从我国南欧大戟植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the ehemieal constituents of Euphorbia peplus Linn.Methods:All compounds were isolated and purified by many methods,including siliga gel and reversed phase RP-18 column ehmmatographies,MCI column,Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization.Their structures were mainly elucidated by EI-MS,NMR including 2DNMR spectra and their physical characters.Results:Seven compounds(1-4)were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of 95%ethanol of the material.Their structures were identified as 2,5,9,14-tetrtmcetoxy-3-benzoyloxy-8,15-dihydroxy-7-isobutyroyloxyjatropha-6(17),11E-diene(1),3,5,7,15-tetraaeetoxy-9-nicotinoyloxy-14-oxojatropha-6(17),11E-diene(2),2,5,7,8,14-pentaacetoxy-3-bemoyloxy-9-nicotinoyloxy-15-hydroxyjatropha-6(17),11E-diene(3),and β-sitosterol(4).Conclusion:All the compounds(1-4)were isolated from Euphorbia peplus Linn.Which collected in China for the first time.
