摘要
洛美沙星为喹诺酮类抗菌药,具有抗菌谱广、抗菌能力强、体内分布广、组织穿透性好、半衰期长、且不良反应轻、耐药性小等特点,在临床上应用广泛。但是,近年来国内常有文献报道其不良反应,本文就其国内报到的不良反应进行综述,旨在加大其用药安全性的关注。
LMFX (Lomefloxacin)is an antibiotic quinolones drug used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.It has a wide rang of antimiembiM spectrum,and has quite good antibacterial ability,which distribute widely in our bodies,with strong penetrability,lasting half-time,little side effect and drug resistance.However,in recent years,there has been often reported abeut its side effect as for which this essay is mainly summarizing,aiming at increasing attention to drug safety.
