择期剖宫产手术术前访视效果观察

The effect of pre-operation inspection of Caesarean section

目的:探讨术前访视对择期剖宫产手术患者的影响。方法:将82例择期剖宫产患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组行常规术前护理,实验组除常规术前护理外还由手术室护士进行术前访视。比较两组在手术时间、生命体征和对麻醉、手术认知程度的区别。结果:实验组入室后生命体征明显较对照组平稳;平均手术时间较对照组短;对麻醉、手术认知程度明显高于对照组。结论:通过术前访视减轻了产妇手术期应激反应,生命体征平稳,缩短了手术时间,提高患者满意度,同时也提高了手术室护理工作质量。

Objective:To observe the effects of pre-operation inspection on the patients of Caesarean section.Methods:82 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Traditional preoperative nursing methods were applied in control group,whereas pre-operation inspection was added in experimental group.The vital signs of the patients and their awareness about anesthesia and operation in both groups were observed.Results:The vital signs of the patients in the experimental group were more stable than that of control group(p<0.05),their awareness about anesthesia and operation was higher,and the operating time was also shorter than that of control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The pre-operation inspection can reduce stress response of patients during operation,short the operating time,and improve the quality of operating room nursing.
