低分子肝素钠联合舒血通治疗不稳定心绞痛124例

Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Shuxuetong for the Treatment of 124 Cases of Unstable Angina

目的:观察低分子肝素钠联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择我院2005年5月--2008年6月124例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予低分子肝素钠联合疏血通注射液治疗,对照组仅用低分子肝素钠治疗,分别观察两组治疗前后的临床症状和心电图改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率96.8%,对照组总有效率88.7%。结论:低分子肝素钠联合疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者具有良好的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium and Shuxuetong in the treatment of unstable angina.Method:124 patients with unstable angina from May.2005 to Jun.2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was given combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and Shuxuetong for treatment,while control group was simply given low molecular weight heparin sodium.Two groups' clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram improvement and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rates were 96.8% in treatment group and 88.7% in control group.Conclusion:The treatment of unstable angina by the combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and Shuxuetong have good effect.
