摘要
增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)是糖尿病最常见和严重的微血管并发症,临床表现为视力下降,视野中央暗影,视物变形,视网膜微血管瘤,眼底出血、渗出、水肿、出现新生血管,最终因新生血管破裂导致玻璃体出血、机化、牵拉视网膜脱落而失明。在严格控制血糖水平的前提下,手术治疗是目前PDR的主要治疗方式之一。笔者结合多年临床护理经验,拟从术前护理、术后护理及并发症护理等方面对PDR的围手术期护理进行阐述。
Proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) is the most common and severe diabetic microvascular complications,whose clinical manifestations is central vision loss,central shadow of visual field,distortion,retinal capillary aneurysms,retinal hemorrhage,exudation,edema,neovascularization appears and eventually lead to blindness due to bleeding into the vitreous,retina detachment.Surgery is one of the main treatment of PDR under the premise of strict control of blood glucose levels.Combining years of experience in clinical nursing,I will elaborate perioperative care of PDR from preoperative care,postoperative care,care of complications and other aspects.
