复方苦参注射液在头颈部肿瘤同步放、化疗中的作用评价

Effect evaluation of Co matrine injection for head and neck tumor in synchronization chemical therapy and radiotherapy

目的:评价复方苦参注射在头颈部肿瘤同步放、化疗中的作用。方法:应用复方苦参注射液配合放、化疗治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤30例(实验组),与单纯放、化学治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤30例(对照组)对照。结果:实验组口咽疼痛、恶心、呕吐、肝功能损害发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心功能、腹泻发生率也低于对照组,但无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组同步放、化疗后KPS评分有不同程度上升,但无明显差异,而对照组同步放、化疗后KPS评分降低,且有明显差异异(P<0.05),实验组同步放、化疗后白细胞变化无明显差异(P>0.05),对照组同步放、化疗前后白细胞下降明显(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组病灶完全缓解及部分缓均为100%,两组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液配合同步放、化疗治疗颈部肿瘤,虽然不能明显增加疗效,但能明显减轻放、化疗毒副作用,提高患者对放、化疗的耐受能力,提高患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of compound Radix sophorae flavescentis injection in the radiation therapy chemotherapy of head and neck neophasms.Methods: 60 cases with malignat tumor were divided into two groups.30 patients of test group were treated with radiation therapy compound Radix sop horae flavescentis injection and also received chemotherapy,and 30 patients of control group lnly received Radiation therapy chemotherapy.Results: The incidence rates of nausea,vomit and hepatic injury in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and so were the incidence rates of oral cavity inflammation and diarrhea,but no apparent difference(P>0.05).The KPS value after chemotherapy in test group was highe(P>0.05) while it was lower apparently in control group(P<0.05).The change of WBC in test group after chemotherapy was not apparent but the WBC reduced apparently in control group(P<0.05).There were more cases with complete response of partial response in test group than those in control group.The total efficiency rates in two groups were 74.29% and 68.33%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusions: The application of compound Radix sophorae flavescentis injection in radiation therapy chemotherapy can not increase the curative effect apparently,but can decrease the incidence rates of the side effect of radiation therapy chemotherapy apparently,increase the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy,and improve the patient's quality of life.It is of value in clinical practice.
