湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤的临床观察

Clinical analysis of burn treated with MEBO

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤的临床效果,提高患者的治愈率。方法:将106例烧伤患者分为观察组54例和对照组52例,观察组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组采用京万红膏治疗,比较二者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者治愈率100%,湿润烧伤膏具有止痛效果好,创面愈合快,色素改变轻,抗感染能力强,以及不易形成瘢痕等作用。结论:湿润烧伤膏临床效果好,使用方法简单,价格低廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of burn treated with MEBO,in order to raise the level of treatment.Methods:106 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group(54 cases)and the control group(52 cases),the intervention group were treated with MEBO,the control group were treated with jingwanhong cream,and then compared the effect of them.Result:There was significant difference in the comparison of the rate of curative effect was compared between two groups(P<0.01),All patients in the intervention group were cured without skin grafting,MEBO has a good analgesic effect,promote wound healing,very slight pigmentation and very few scars had formed.Conclusions:MEBO is very efficacious,it is easy and simple to apply,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
