老年股骨颈骨折的中西医结合康复护理体会

目的:探讨老年骨颈骨折骨折患者的中西医结合康复护理。方法:通过观察老年股骨颈骨折病人67例,进行功能锻炼及中西医结合康复护理。结果:67例患者经骨牵引及手术治疗后,恢复效果好,未发生伤口感染和关节脱位等并发症,经治疗及康复护理后如期顺利出院。结论:中西医结合康复护理,可减少病人患病期间痛苦,有利于提高病人的生活质量,对老年人股骨颈骨折愈合及康复有重要意义。

Objective: To investigate the fracture neck fractures in elderly patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing. Methods: Observation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in 67 cases, functional training and rehabilitation care in the traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results: 67 cases of patients with skeletal traction and surgical treatment, to restore effective wound infections and no complications such as joint dislocation, with treatment and rehabilitation care after discharge smoothly as scheduled. Conclusion: The rehabilitation nursing in traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce the suffering of patients during illness and will be beneficial to the patient's quality of life of the elderly femoral neck fracture healing and rehabilitation are important.
