摘要
总结精神科开放病房的护理管理经验,对护理中的不安全因素:病人及家属的因素;基础设施的隐患及医护人员自身因素进行分析。并提出护理对策:各种制度的执行,基础护理的实施,心理护理等。
Objective to sum up the experience of Open-ward nursing management in psychiatric deparment so as to analyze unsafe factors in nursing such as patients and families,hidden danger of the infrastructure,and the medical staff selves,thus to find out nursing countermeasures including performing various systems,carrying out the basic nuring care and psychological nuring.
