慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的开腹手术治疗体会

Study on abdominal operation of chronic atrophic cholecystitis

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胆囊炎开腹手术治疗术式选择。方法:本组23例分别采用传统的胆囊切除术,顺、逆行结合胆囊切除术,胆囊大部分切除术。结果:本组23例术后均未发生胆漏、出血、感染等并发症,恢复良好。结论:慢性萎缩性胆囊炎手术切除困难,应根据术中具体情况选择合适的手术方法。

Objective To approach the selection of abdominal operation of chronic atrophic cholecystitis.Methods 23 patients were used traditional cholecystectomy,combining antegrade and regressive cholecystectomy,and subtotal cholecystectomy Results 23 patients all healed moreover there was no case of choleakage,bleeding,infection or other complications.Conclusion The operation of chronic atrophic cholecystitis is difficult and we should choose the appropriate surgery treatment according to the special details in the operation.
