洁悠神物理抗菌法应用于会阴切口的护理观察

Clinical Observation of the Application of JUC Physical Antimicrobial Method on Perineal Incision

目的:探讨洁悠神长效物理抗菌材料在会阴切开术后护理中的应用效果。方法:随机选择阴道分娩并经会阴切开的产妇124例,其中对照组62例,常规护理;观察组62例,常规护理同时加用洁悠神。结果:产妇切口疼痛的程度比较:观察组疼痛程度优于对照组,两组有显著差异,P<0.05。产妇会阴切口愈合情况比较:观察组切口愈合程度优于对照组,两组有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:洁悠神是一种不含抗生素的物理抗菌隐形敷料,在会阴切口起到物理抗菌作用,而且不会产生耐药菌,同时具有止痛及促进切口愈合的作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of JUC Physical Antimicrobial Dressing with general care in the management of the wound of episiotomy.Methods:124 parturients,who were going to receive vaginal delivery,were divided randomly into an observation group(n=62) and a control group(n=62).The observation group was treated with routine nursing and JUC.The control group received routine nursing.Results:1) The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.2) The wound healing of the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:JUC is an invisible physical antimicrobial dressing without antibiotics and plays the roles of physical antimicrobe for the perineal incision,not causing drug-resistant strains,pain relief and promoting wound healing.
