国内抗菌中药的研究进展及前景

Prospect and Research Progression on Chinese Materia Medica with Antibacterial Function in China

近年来,随着耐药菌株的增加、抗生素的滥用,抗茵中药已成为医学界研究的热点。查阅近年来国内相关文献,本文对抗菌中药复方、单味中药、中药有效成分及单体实验研究结果进行了归纳和总结。很多中药复方及其有效成分和单体已被证实具有较好的抗茵作用,但作用机制尚未阐明或研究不够深入。

With increasing of drug-resistant strain and abusing of antibiotic, studies about Traditional Chinese Medicines which have antibacterial effect have already become a hot focus in medical field. By reviewing domestic pertinent literatures, the author summarized the findings about compound recipes of TCM, a single herb, active ingredients of TCM and simple substances of TCM for the past few years. The results show that good anti-bacterial effects in many compound recipes of TCM, active ingredients or simple substances of them have already been proved, on the other hand, mechanism of actions above have not been explained completely, and all researches have not gone deeply yet.
