人参蜂王浆在分娩期应用的临床观察

目的:探讨口服人参蜂王浆在分娩期的应用效果。方法:将200例初产妇分为两组各100例。对照组采用常规进食,观察组在进入活跃期后开始口服人参蜂王浆。结果:观察组顺产率显著高于对照组(p<0.01),且产程时间显著短于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:活跃期产妇口服人参蜂王浆可迅速补充能量,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率。
