沙参麦冬汤加减治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer after radiotherapy

目的:研究采用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后临床效果。方法:选择2016年5月~2017年5月于我院放射治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组25例。参照组实施常规西医放疗模式,实验组在放疗基础之上行沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,对比分析治疗前后口腔p H值及口腔炎症恢复时间。结果:治疗前实验组与参照组口腔p H值具有一致性(P>0.05),治疗后p H值均有所下降,但是实验组p H值及口腔炎症缓解时间明显优于参照组,与参照组相比,实验组总有效率较高,两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减治疗模式能够缓解头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后口腔炎症及咽喉干燥症状,明显降低口腔p H值,应临床推广。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy for patients with head and neck cancer with radiotherapy. Methods:In May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital radiotherapy in 50 patients with head and neck malignant tumors, by using the method to random number table hair divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 25 cases. Among them, the control group routine western medicine radiation pattern, the experimental group on the basis of radiation line straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf tonga subtraction treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment of oral oral inflammation and the p H value of recovery time. Results: The ex-perimental group and control group before treatment of oral p H consistent(P>0.05), after treatment the p H were eased, but the experi-mental group p H and oral cavity inflammation, relieve time significantly better than the control group, compared with the control group,experimental group total effective rate is higher, the significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf tonga subtraction treatment mode can ease the head and neck malignant tumor patients after radiotherapy oral inflammation and symptoms of dry throat, significantly decreased in patients with oral p H value, must be paid to the clinical promotion.
