摘要
目的:建立霉阴净熏洗液的定性质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对方中的黄连、黄芩进行定性鉴别。结果:建立了黄连、黄芩的TLC鉴别方法,该方法专属性强,薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建TLC鉴别方法简便,专属性强,可用于霉阴净熏洗液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Meiyinjing Kaori lotion.Method: Qualitative identification of Coptidis Rhizma,Scutellariae Radix in the formula was carried out by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Result:The TLC identification method of Coptidis Rhizma and Scutellariae Radix was established.TLC spots were reliable with good precision,clear and well-separated without negative interference.Conclution: The TLC identification method was simple and reliable with good precision,it can be used for the quality control of Meiyinjing Kaori lotion.
