增液汤加减治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片引起的便秘40例观察

Observation on 40 cases of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets treated with Zeng Ye Decoction

目的:观察增液汤加减治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘的临床疗效。方法:应用增液汤加减治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘患者40例,1剂/d,15d为1个疗程。1个疗程结束时评价疗效。结果:治愈21例(占52.5%),显效10例(占25.0%),有效6例(占15.0%),无效3例(占7.5%),总有效率92.5%。结论:增液汤加减治疗盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致的便秘具有较好的临床疗效,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective: To objective the clinical effect of Zeng Ye Decoction in the treatment of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hy-drochloride Prolonged-release Tablets. Methods:Treatment of 40 cases of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-re-lease Tablets induced by Zeng Ye Decoction,1 dose/day, 15 days for 1 courses.The efficacy was evaluated at the end of the 1 course. Results:21 cases were cured(52.5%), 10 cases were markedly effective(25.0%), 6 cases were effective(15.0%)and 3 cases were ineffective(7.5%).The total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion: Zeng Ye Decoction has a good clinical effect on constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release tablets and improves the quality of life of patients.
