摘要
2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)早期以阴虚热盛为主,亦可兼夹湿邪。本文以中国中医科学院广安门医院林兰教授的"三型辨证"理论体系为基础,从T2DM的中西医病机病理、临床表现及诊治,柴胡达原饮加减用药方义、机理体会等方面加以阐述,分析柴胡达原饮加减治疗早期T2DM的临床医案1则。
According to syndrome differentiation,early type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is dominated by extreme heat due to Yin deficiency,and it can be mixed with wetness as well. Based on the 'three types of dialectical'theoretical system of Professor Lin Lan from Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,It states the Chinese and Western medicine pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and diagnosis of T2DM,prescriptionmechanism of Modified Chaihu Dayuan Decoction. Analysis of a clinical case of Modified Chaihu Dayuan Decoction treatment of early T2DM.
