重度慢性心衰中西医联合治疗的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment for patients with severe chronic heart failure

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对重度慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法:将102例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,两组均根据病情给予标准心力衰竭常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药治疗;共治疗6个月,分别于治疗前后对两组进行心功能分级、生活质量评分、6min步行试验、左室射血分数测定。结果:经过6个月治疗后,观察组和对照组心功能分级、生活质量评分、6min步行距离,左室射血分数比较差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:中医联合治疗重度慢性心力衰竭有较好的疗效。

Objective: Explore the effects that combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine makes to patients with severe Chronic Heart Failure. Methods: Divid 102 cases of Chronic Heart Failure into treatment group and control group randomly(51 cases per group),both groups are given a six-month standard routine drugs treatment depending on the patients’ condition. And make a record of two groups’ cardiac function grading, life-quality score, six-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment. Result: After six months’ treatment, the record of cardiac function grading, life-quality score, six-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction on the patients in study group and control group has a statistical significance. Conclusion: The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine has a good effect on patients with severe Chronic Heart Failure. Cardiovascular dis-eases is the leading cause of death in urban and rural areas, with 44.60% deaths in rural areas and 42.51% in urban. Heart Failure is one of the complex disease in cardiovascular diseases, which is a clinical syndrome caused by various diseases. These diseases will cause myocardial injury, then lead heart transfusion volume decreased, and unable to meet the needs of their own tissues and organs, finally cause the congestion in systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation. As the final destination of most kinds of cardiovascular diseases, Chronic Heart Failure has become the top killer of life and health because of its high incidence,recurrence rate and mortality rate. How to manage the Chronic Heart Failure more effectively to release the burden of families and society, to reduce the suffering of patients, to improve the quality of life is a big problem in medical work right now. Since May 2015, our hospital has applied the combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine to the rehabilitation of patients with Chronic Heart Failure, which has achieved good results.
