通冠散贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛原理探究

Acupoint Application of Tongguansan in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目前,冠心病已成为常见病,其治疗方式主要以西药为主。但对于疾病症状的缓解,其效果有限。近年来,中医外治法发展迅速,且对于冠心病的治疗效果良好。本院干诊科根据多年临床经验,自制"通冠散"穴位贴敷,帮助改善症状,效果显著。本研究通过分析通冠散的药味、药性及作用部位,对通冠散穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛的原理进行探析,为今后的临床及实验研究提供理论依据。

At present,coronary heart disease has become a common disease,and its treatment is mainly based on western medicine.However,the effect of the relief of disease symptoms is limited.In recent years,the external treatment of Chinese medicine has developed rapidly and has a good therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease.Based on years of clinical experience,the Department of Cadre treat-ment of the hospital has made acupuncture points of'Tongguan San'to help improve symptoms and has a remarkable effect.This study analyzes the principle of Tongguansan acupoint application for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris by analyzing the medicinal taste,medicinal properties and the site of action of Tongguansan,and provides theoretical basis for future clinical and ex-perimental research.
