Research Summary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Uveitis

探讨中药联合西医治疗葡萄膜炎的概况,指导临床治疗并提出不足。通过对近年来中药联合西医治疗葡萄膜炎的相关文献概况分析,从病因病机、中药方剂和单药及有效药理成分3个方面进行论述。中药配合西医治疗葡萄膜炎优于单纯西医疗法,减轻西药毒副作用,缩短疗程,提高免疫力,减小复发率,为中医药联合西药治疗葡萄膜炎优势提供依据。

Objective: To explore the research summary of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of uveitis, to guide clinical treatment and to make a deficiency. Methods: Through the analysis of the related literatures on the recent treatment of uveitis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, the three aspects of pathogenesis, Chinese medicine prescription, single medicine and effective pharmacological composition were discussed. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treating uveitis is superior to western medicine alone, reducing the side effects of western medicine, shortening the course of treatment, improving immunity and reducing the recurrence rate, and providing a basis for the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in treating uveitis.
