摘要
本工作利用不同荧光探针研究了SLS溶液中预胶束的形成,并采用动态和稳态的荧光衰变和猝灭的方法对SLS预胶束的分子聚集数N作了测定.还研究了在大于cpc条件下不同SLS浓度时、芘荧光精细结构中I_1/I_3的比值.提出在预胶束形成后,随SLS浓度变化,预胶束的结构也会不断地发生变化.
The premicelle formation in SLS solution studied by using of the fluorescence probe methods was carried out in this work. A dynamic fluorescence decay method and a static fluorescence quenching method both were employed for measuring the aggregation number of premicelle formed in SLS solution. Under the condition in which the premicelle was appeared, the ratio of I_1/I_3 measured from the fine structure of fluorescence spectra of pyrene which was embeded in premicelle in SLS solution with different concentration has been studied. The results indicated that the structure and the composition of premicelle can be changed with the variation of concentration of SLS solution.
