摘要
对皮金龟科的分类地位、分类研究历史和现状进行了简要回顾和总结,描述了皮金龟属TroxFabricius1775,2新种,即甘肃皮金龟T.(Trox)gansuensissp.nov.(甘肃东部)和扁瘤皮金龟T.(Trox)placosalinussp.nov.(新疆北部)。模式标本存放于河北大学博物馆。
The present paper deals with brief introduction on the economic importance and t axonomic researches of the family Trogidae (Coleoptera: Scarabaeoidea) in world. Two new species of the genus Trox Fabricius, 1775 from China are described. Type specimens are preserved in the Museum of Hebei University. 1. Trox (Trox) gansuensis, sp. nov. (Figs.1,3) Body grow oval, black, only tibial spurs and tarsi brown. Promargin of clypeus r ound triangular; front flat and a shallower depressed on each side. Pronotum tra nsverse broad; anterior margin weakly curved, sticking out at middle field; the sides weakly curved, widest at middle hind, and contracts more strongly toward f ront than toward base from widest; basal margin wide protruding like a triangle; anterior angle point production, posterior angle nearly right; sides and basal margin with dense xanthous scaly hairs; the disc convex strongly, two large dep ressed on the front and hind of middle lines, one larger and transverse broader in ahead, another two smaller in rear, among them inner one crescent moon, outer one thin and long; the large shallower round shaped punctured on entire back a nd each one with short seta. elytra obvious humeral angle; the disc very c onvex strongly, the lateral margin almost straight reduce, border edged; deep square p unctures on each striation and with slender lines along the one, the width of st riation about three times as interstitial width; the latter planate and with sev en or eight tufted setae and irregular wrinkles on each one. Profemur with stron g blunt teeth at inner margin, apex of hair light gray, base brown red on hair region; the protibial outer margin with three gross teeth and three of four thin teeth on the base, the tibial anterior margin very inclinate; meso and metati biae extended at the end, the outer margin laciniate shaped. Anal segment semic ircular and dense shallow round punctures with hairs and long hair on edges, the base on both sides weakly contracts. Penis about 1.7 mm long, the middle sides on paramera slight curve, median lobe broad, and apex square. Length: 7.7~9.2 mm; Width: 4.5~5.5 mm. Holotype: ♂, Heshui, Gansu Province; 05 Ⅴ 1995 , Coll. Cai Jiakun; Paratypes:3♂♂, 4♀♀, same collecting data as hol otype, 1♂, 2♀♀, Zhenyuan, Gansu Province, 14 Ⅸ 1991, Coll. Ma Feng . The new species is similar to Trox (Trox) cadaverinus Illiger 1802 and Tro x (Trox) placosalinus sp. nov., but difference as following table 1 and table 2. Table 1.
