摘要
"635"水利枢纽工程溢洪道闸墩在安全鉴定检查中发现了数条贯穿性裂缝,可能影响结构的稳定及强度。本文采用大型三维非线性有限单元法,运用低抗拉强度准则、压扁单元和空气单元等模拟开裂混凝土结构,结合《水工混凝土结构设计规范》(SL/T191—96)分析了闸墩在完整和开裂状态下结构应力分布及对稳定的影响。结果表明,闸墩裂缝尖端不满足规范要求,裂缝将继续扩展,但对闸墩的稳定无明显影响。采用EA改性灌浆材料和碳纤维加固进行了修补和加固,起到了较好的效果。
Some penetrating cracks were found in the spillway gate p iers of 635 Project during safety inspec tion,which may affect stability and stre ngth of the structure.In this paper 3-di mensional nonlinear FEM,low tensile stre ngth criteria,pressed elements and air e lements are used to analyze the cracked concrete structure.Together with 'Hydrau lic Concrete Structure Design Code' SL/T 191-96,distribution of structural stress es of the intact and cracked gate piers are studied.Crack grouting and fiber rei nforced polymer strengthing are introduc ed.The remedial work achieves desirable effectiveness.
