矿载体制备的一氧化碳耐硫变换催化剂工业化应用

摘要 采用不定形活性铝土矿粒作载体 ,经一次性浸渍制成CO耐硫变换催化剂 .在小合成氨厂“中 +低 +低”变换工艺中使用 .迄今年余 ,变换活性良好、汽 气比要求低、无特殊工艺要求 .负荷保持在 90 0 - 10 0 0h- 1 之间 ,碳氨日产量均达 2 30 - 2 5 0t.系统运行良好 ,操作稳定 ,满足生产的要求 . Bauxite supported for sulfur-resistance carbon monoxide shift catalysts were prepared by impregnation in the article. The catalysts have been used in small synthesize ammonia beyond a year, Which indicated that the catalysts possessed excellent carbon monoxide shift activity, low ratio of stream and gas and without especial requires of technics. The loading of shift system kept 900-1?000?h -1during the year, and the production of sodium bicarbonate attained between 230-250?t every day. At present, the system still ran well and operated steady, It satisfied the requires of production.
