摘要
以Li3xLa0 6 7-xTiO3 为母体 ,通过掺杂经高温固相反应制得了一系列新的锂快离子导体材料Li3xLa0 6 7-xFeyTi1 - 2yNbyO3 X -射线衍射分析表明 ,在x =0 10 ,y≤ 0 10的组成范围内能得到钙钛矿型的固溶体 应用交流阻抗技术测试其电导率 ,结果表明 :系统合成物在室温下有较高的体相电导和总电导分别为 10 - 4 S cm和 10 - 5S cm 同时在 2 98K - 5 2 3K具有较低的活化能约为 18kJ·mol-
Perovskite-type lithium fast ion conductors of Li 3xLa 0 67-xFe yTi 1-2yNb yO 3 system were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction X-ray powder diffraction shows that perovskite solid solution was formed in the ranges of x0 10,y≤0 10 AC impedance measurements indicate that the bulk conductivities and the total conductivities are of the order of 10 -4 S·cm -1 and 10 -5 S·cm -1 at room temperature respectively The compositions have low activation energies of about 18?kJ/mol in the temperature ranges of 298-523?K
