With the development of international technological trade, knowhow has grown to be the essential target of technological trade. And its protection has become a very important aspect in the promotion of technological trade development. This paper analyzes briefly the legal features and legal qualities of knowhow from its connotation and denotation and also suggest such measures as contracts and present law be adopted to guarantee the securities of knowhow trade.
