植物生长调节剂对保鲜茭白生理品质的影响

Effects of plant growth regulators on physiological quality of preserves Jiaobai,Zizania caduciflora L.

研究了茭白MAP贮藏中,外源赤霉素、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酸及青鲜素的应用对贮藏生理品质的影响,结果表明:赤霉素、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酸处理可延缓叶绿素分解、抑制呼吸速率上升和POD酶活性提高,而青鲜素的处理可减慢纤维化速度。其中赤霉素的效果最为显著。

Effect of three plant growth regulators on physiological quality of MAP preserved Jiaobai,Zizania caduciflora L.was investigated.The results showed that chlorophyllous decomposition of Zizania caduciflora L.with the treatment of gibberellic acid and 2,4D were declined, respiration rate,POD activity were suppressed as well. And the fibrotic rate of Zizania caduciflora L.was declined with the treatment of maleic hydrazide.The results also indicated gibberallic acid was the most effective for the storge of Zizania caduciflora L.
