摘要
探讨适于茭白低温长期贮藏保鲜的采收、包装、入库、管理以及检验方面的技术规程。
This paper discussed the procedure and techniques on Jiaobai (Zizania caduciflora L.)harvest, package, coldstorage, storage management and regular checking, etc. In addition, some technical parameters on maintaining Jiaobai quality during the long and cold storage were also standardized.
