在社会转型期 ,我国出现了贫富差距扩大的现象。在社会主义初级阶段 ,贫富差距与共同富裕既相互矛盾又相互联系 ,二者都是社会主义发展过程中的必然现象。我们必须正确看待和处理它们之间的关系 ,采取积极有效的政策和措施 ,保障社会的良性运行 ,促进社会生产力的发展 ,体现社会主义的本质要求 。

Gap between the rich and the poor is widened in the transitional period.In the initial period of socialism,gap between the rich and the poor and common prosperity contradict and interrelate each other.Both are inevitable phenomena in the process of socialist development.We must correctly treat and handle the relationship between them.We should adopt active policies and take effective measures to guarantee the sound running of the society,promote the development of social productive forces,embody the essential requirement of socialism and realize common prosperity finally.
